Megan Smith is the lead dental assistant for Sugars End Dental. She has been in the dental field as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant for 6 years. Megan also serves as a social media manger for our office. In Megan’s free time you can find her spending time with her family, doggy Bellepepper and tending to her many chickens. Megan’s charismatic personally helps patients feel at ease during their dental procedures.

Victoria "Tori" Hammond, RDH
Tori graduated from Central Georgia Technical College in Macon, Georgia in 2018, graduating with her applied sciences degree in dental hygiene. Tori has 5 years of hygiene experience and some prior years of dental assisting. Tori enjoys building relationships with her patients and coworkers alike. Tori stays current in dental hygiene trends by taking continuing education courses annually. Tori serves as the OSHA Coordinator as well as a social media manager for our office. Tori’s practice in our office allows her to be able to spend valuable time with her three children and husband Corey.

Brandy Martinez, RDH
Brandy is a 2004 graduate of the Columbus Technical dental hygiene program in Columbus, Georgia. She moved to Ellijay in 2019. With over 19 years of hygiene experience, we are lucky to have such a gentle and qualified dental team member. Her attention to detail and enthusiasm to maintain high and current standards in the hygiene profession is truly appreciated by her patients and the dental team. In her spare time Brandy enjoys spending time with her husband, a local high school teacher, and cheering on her son at his many athletic events.
Brandy is a 2004 graduate of the Columbus Technical dental hygiene program in Columbus, Georgia. She moved to Ellijay in 2019. With over 19 years of hygiene experience, we are lucky to have such a gentle and qualified dental team member. Cat Pettit is an Ellijay native. She is a graduate of North Georgia Medical Technical Institute, where she received her national certification as a medical assistant as well as an EKG technician before deciding to try her hand at dental assisting. You will find her with her new passion for dental health assisting Dr. Coakley and Dr. Fowler during your appointment as well as serving as a front office administrator. In Cat’s free time you can find her reading, tending to her plants, and spending time with her daughter.

She worked asa veterinary assistant and Hospital manager for 19 years before deciding to enter the dental field.Tonya serves as a front office administrator for Sugars End Dental but can sometimes be found making a guest appearance assisting Dr. Coakleyand Dr. Fowler during dental procedures. Tonya is dedicated to helpingpatients with every step of their dental visit from check in to check out.Tonya enjoys staying active, hanging out with her husband, andwrangling her two kiddos, two dogs, and two cats.
